Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cornmeal
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 egg
2 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. drippings or butter
1 large Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients in bowl.
Add buttermilk and egg, stirring until combined.
Melt butter in skillet or baking pan. Pour in batter.
Bake in hot oven (450\u00b0) for 20 to 25 minutes.
