Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 bottles chili sauce
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. grape jelly
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix beef, eggs, bread crumbs, water, garlic salt, salt and pepper.
    Shape into meat balls.
    Put meat balls on broiler pan; brown slightly on both sides.
    Remove and put into the chili sauce, jelly and lemon juice.
    Simmer about 45 minutes. Makes about 7 dozen.
