Pork Chops In Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 tsp. margarine
    salt and pepper
    6 medium potatoes, sliced
    6 slices cheese
    1/2 c. sliced onions
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Brown meat in margarine in a large skillet.
    Season to taste. Place half of the potatoes in 2-qt. shallow casserole.
    Cover with cheese slices.
    Add remaining potatoes.
    Arrange chops over potatoes.
    Pan fry onions in drippings in skillet.
    Add soup. Blend milk into the soup mixture slowly. Heat and pour over chops. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 45 minutes longer.
