Company Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag frozen hashbrowns
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 8 oz. sour cream
    10 oz. grated cheddar cheese (Colby)
    2 sticks margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13 inch pan.
    Place frozen hashbrowns in pan with cheese.
    In separate bowl mix soup, sour cream, 1/2 c. margarine, salt and pepper.
    Pour mixture over potatoes.
    Mix gently with potatoes and cheese.
    Add topping of 1/2 c. melted margarine and crushed cornflakes mixed together.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
