Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 large chopped onion
    4 garlic cloves
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1 tsp. coriander
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
    In pan, saute oil, chopped onion and garlic until tender.
    Add tomatoes and all spices.
    Cook until all flavors are blended. Freezes well.
