Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork roast
    garlic cloves
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Wipe roast with damp paper towel.
    Using a paring knife, make small deep slits in sides and top of roast. Insert garlic pieces into each slit.
    Rub roast with salt and pepper.
    Roast, uncovered, 25 minutes per pound.
