Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole eggs, beaten
    4 half egg shells water
    1 tsp. salt
    enough flour for stiff dough
Preparation
    Combine beaten eggs, water and salt.
    Beat well; add enough flour to make a stiff dough.
    Knead well on a floured board.
    Roll out very thin.
    Let dry 1 hour.
    Cut into narrow strips.
    Drop into boiling broth (chicken or beef).
    Boil about 5 minutes.
