Filet Giovanni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 prime filet mignons (each about 6 oz.)
    6 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
Preparation
    Sprinkle a well-seasoned cast-iron skillet with salt and pepper, then heat until a drop of water sizzles on it.
    Add the steaks to the hot skillet and cook over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes per side or until desired degree of doneness.
    Remove steaks from pan.
