Sausage And More - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. sausage
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
3 medium apples, peeled and sliced
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cold water
1 Tbsp. sausage drippings
Preparation

Cut sausage into 1/2-inch pieces or form bulk sausage into small balls.
Fry until well done; drain, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings.
Arrange layers of potatoes, apples and sausage in a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Combine sugar, flour, and salt. Blend with water.
Pour over layer.
Drizzle drippings over all. Cover.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until apples and potatoes are tender.
Makes 4 servings.
