Green Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 green peppers
    2 c. precooked rice
    1 (16 oz.) can Italian style stewed tomatoes
    basil, Italian seasoning and garlic salt
    2 lb. ground beef
    chopped onions
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Boil peppers 20 to 30 minutes.
    Brown meat; drain grease.
    Add tomatoes, 1/2 of tomato sauce, all seasonings and chopped onion to meat.
    Add rice to meat.
    Stuff peppers with mixture.
    Place green peppers in a baking dish.
    Top with remaining tomato sauce.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
