Q V C Cheese-Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can chicken broth
    2 c. milk (can use skim milk)
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz (can use \"light\")
    1 tsp. prepared mustard (not dry)
    2 pkg. frozen vegetables, micro-cooked
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add flour, salt and pepper.
    Add chicken broth and stir to dissolve flour.
    Add milk; bring to boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Next, add cheese and stir until melted.
    Then add mustard, vegetables and 1 to 2 cups water (to desired thickness).
    Let set 30 minutes.
