Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 medium potatoes
4 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. milk
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 Tbsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. chopped chives
salt and pepper
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation

Bake potatoes and remove potato from inside of skins, leaving skins intact to re-stuff later.
Mash the potatoes with butter and milk.
Add sour cream, onion, chives, salt and pepper.
Mix ingredients well.
Stuff the potato skins and cover with grated cheese and cubed cheese.
Bake in moderate oven until cheese is melted and golden brown.
