Bob'S Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh sliced peaches
    1 c. water
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 drops yellow food coloring
    1 pie crust
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cornstarch and water and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and add butter and food coloring.
    Stir until blended well.
    Place peaches in baked pie crust and pour mixture over them.
    Top with whipped cream before serving, if desired.
