Ingredients

2 pkg. ground beef (1 lb. each)
1 Tbsp. ground kha
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. chopped red onion
1 tsp. coriander seed powder
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. rice powder
4 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
2 tsp. salt
fish sauce
pepper
mint leaves
green onion
sprig coriander
Preparation

Brown ground beef without oil until the pink is gone.
Place in a mixing bowl.
Put in ground kha, coriander seed powder and garlic powder.
Mix well, then let cool for 5 minutes.
Season the beef with fish sauce, salt, lime juice, rice powder, chili powder and chopped red onion.
Then add mint leaves, green onion and sprig coriander; mix well.
