Mother'S Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1 (28 oz.) jar mincemeat
    2 c. (1 lb. jar) mixed candied fruit
    1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Butter and flour baking pan (tube, loaf or 16 ounce size cans from corn, peas, etc., washed).
    Fill with batter until 1/2 to 3/4 full after combining all ingredients.
    Sift flour and soda.
    In a larger bowl, combine all other ingredients, then fold in dry ingredients.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 1 to 2 hours depending on size and shape of pan used.
