Mock Hollandaise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. light mayonnaise
3/4 c. low-fat sour cream or yogurt
1/2 c. lemon juice (approximate)
garlic salt to taste
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and chill at least 1/2 hour. Good dip for artichokes, asparagus, tomatoes, carrots, etc.
