Chicken Breasts With Smoked Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 whole chicken breasts
4 oz. smoked sausage, sliced
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. white wine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat oil in skillet.
Add chicken; brown well and drain fat. Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until done.
