Wild Bill'S Hillbilly Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 5 lb. lean ground beef
    1 large green bell pepper
    1 large onion
    4 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 large can (32 oz.) chili beans
    2 small cans (6 oz.) green chili peppers (hot or mild)
    1 large can (32 oz.) peeled whole tomatoes
    1 clove fresh garlic
    4 pkg. small franks
    chili powder
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Start sauce in a large pot. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, chili powder and chili beans. Cook on low. Small dice bell pepper, onion, chili peppers, tomatoes and garlic.
    Mix together and saute in pan with butter until almost clear, but not brown.
    Drain and add to sauce. Brown ground beef in a large pan. Drain real good. Add to sauce.
    Cook for 45 minutes on low. Stir frequently.
    Add brown sugar.
    Cook another 20 minutes and serve.
