Marinated Zucchini Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small zucchini, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 jar (2 oz.) diced pimento, drained
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
Preparation
    Combine zucchini, green pepper, celery, onion and pimento in a medium bowl; set aside.
    Combine all remaining ingredients in a jar; cover tightly and shake vigorously.
    Pour marinade over vegetables; toss gently.
    Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight. Serve with a slotted spoon.
    Serve with hot buttered bread rolls. Makes 8 servings.
