Apricot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 eggs
    1 jar apricot junior baby food
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon in bowl.
    Add oil and soda mixed with buttermilk.
    Mix well.
    Stir in eggs and baby food.
    Fold in nuts.
    Spoon into 2 prepared loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until bread tests done.
