Fresh Tomato Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck ripe tomatoes (12 to 14 lb.)
    6 medium onions, chopped
    2 c. chopped celery
    3 to 4 green peppers, chopped
    3 pt. vinegar
    6 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. salt
    2 oz. white mustard seed
    1 oz. cinnamon
Preparation
    Peel and chop tomatoes fine; drain in a colander 2 to 3 hours. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Place in hot sterilized jars and seal.
    Store in a cool place.
