Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. bananas
1 c. chopped nuts
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together.
Add remaining ingredients; mix together with a fork.
Bake in a tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
