No Crust Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    2 medium apples, pared, cored and sliced
Preparation
    Beat sugar into egg.
    Add vanilla.
    Sift together dry ingredients and add to first mixture.
    Fold in apples.
    Spread in buttered pie plate.
    Bake 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
