Baked Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pieces cube steak or large round steak, cut into serving size portions
    1/4 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 envelope Lipton's onion mushroom dry soup mix
Preparation
    Roll steak in flour and sear in hot fat.
    Place in crock-pot. In mixing bowl, combine mushroom soup, onion soup and 1 1/2 cans of water.
    Mix well and pour over meat.
    Cook on low all day. (May also be cooked on stove in heavy skillet or in oven.)
