Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1 Tbsp. salad seasoning
Preparation
    Defrost spinach and drain well.
    Combine with all ingredients. Mix well and chill.
    Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers.
