Gourmet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, cut into marble size chunks, cooked, drained and cooled
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/4 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped green onions
    1 tsp. salt
    paprika
Preparation
    In a saucepan over low heat combine Cheddar cheese and butter. Stir occasionally until almost melted.
    Remove from heat and blend in sour cream, onion and salt.
    Fold in potatoes and turn into a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Dot butter; sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    You can use as stuffing for twice baked potatoes.
