Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fresh green beans
fat back meat (about 2 x 2-inch piece or more if you like)
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Wash and snap green beans.
Put in pot.
Put water over top of beans and cook on medium heat (or medium-high) until all of water just cooked out.
Just before all water is gone, I sprinkle about 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar in beans.
