Blueberry Cream Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. berries
Preparation
    Beat
    eggs;
    add
    sugar
    slowly.
    Add
    oil and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients.
    Add alternately with sour cream.\tFold in berries.
    Bake in muffin tin at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes about 3 1/2 dozen.
