Buttermilk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking soda, salt, sugar and baking powder together.
    Add eggs, buttermilk and oil.
    Stir to blend.
    Batter will be slightly lumpy.
    If batter is too thick, spread batter into hot skillet.
    If you like thinner pancakes, increase the amount of buttermilk.
