Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 green chili peppers, chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 medium tomato, chopped
Preparation
    Mash avocados.
    Add onions, pepper, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Beat until creamy.
    Gently fold in tomato.
    Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
    Makes about 2 cups.
