Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can celery soup or chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 carton sour cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, butter, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Mix well.
    Spoon in a greased 2 1/2-quart baking casserole.
    Crush crackers and mix with 1/4 cup butter.
    Sprinkle over potato mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Garnish with lemon twist and parsley, if desired.
