Breakfast Smoothie(Makes 1 Serving) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 medium banana
2 Tbsp. chopped cashews (optional)
1/2 c. unsweetened tropical-blend fruit juice
1/2 c. fresh or frozen berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries or chopped strawberries)
1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt or soy yogurt (optional)
Preparation

Put banana and half the juice (and the cashews, if desired) in a blender or food processor fitted with a steel blade.
Blend, adding remaining juice gradually, until smooth.
Add berries (and yogurt, if desired), and blend thoroughly.
Serve immediately.
