Catfish Court Bouillon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. catfish fillets (boiled or broiled)
    1 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 c. white onions and celery, finely chopped
    6 c. tomato sauce
    1 gal. water
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    1/2 c. green onion tops
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. red pepper (makes it hot)
    2 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    3 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cook fish prior to preparing.
    Can be prepared 2 ways, broiled with butter, lemon juice and paprika or boiled 20 to 30 minutes.
