Mother'S Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bread
    milk
    flour
    3 eggs
    pinch of nutmeg
Preparation
    Cover bread with milk.
    Cook until this comes to soft boil. Add enough flour to make a dry dough.
    Remove from heat; add eggs and nutmeg.
    Dough will leave the side of the pan, similar to cream puffs.
    Drop by teaspoon into hot soup.
    Dumplings will float.
