Roast With Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast
    flour
    salt
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Flour and brown meat in small amount of cooking oil.
    Salt a little.
    Mix onion soup mix with mushroom soup and 2 cans of water.
    Cook, covered, 3 to 4 hours (may be 5 if you want it real tender) at 325\u00b0.
    Check water level after 3 hours.
    Add more, if needed.
