Bread Pudding With Bourbon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. loaf day old French bread, cut into cubes
    5 c. milk
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 to 1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Pour milk over bread and soak about 15 minutes.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Whisk together sugar, eggs, vanilla, nutmeg and raisins. Combine bread and sugar mixture.
    Smooth into 9 x 13-inch glass pan that has been buttered.
    Bake about 1 hour or until done in center.
