Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 T. finely chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 t. salt
    1/4 t. pepper
    2 lbs. ground beef
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients, add beef and mix well.
    Shape into six patties: 3/4 in. thick.
    Broil 3 ins. from heat for 6 mins.
    Turn and broil 4 mins. longer.
