Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
dash of salt
1 stick butter or margarine
1/4 c. milk
2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Melt butter with brown sugar and salt over medium flame; add milk and bring to a boil.
Remove from fire and add confectioners sugar.
Stir until blended or mix with electric beater until smooth.
