Ritzy Dessert(Quick And Easy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

50 Ritz crackers
1 stick oleo
2 small instant coconut pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 qt. softened vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Crush crackers and mix with oleo.
Press into 9 x 13-inch pan, reserving a few for the top.
Take 2 packages instant coconut cream pudding and milk; beat 2 minutes and add ice cream and spread on crunch crust.
Sprinkle on reserved cracker crumbs. Refrigerate.
