Surprise Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rhubarb, sweetened
    1/2 c. extra sugar
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    2 1/2 c. whipped topping
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 prepared graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Heat rhubarb and sugar to a boil (add 1/2 cup water if fruit is not juicy).
    Add jello and marshmallows; stir until dissolved. Cool.
    Add the whipped topping and extract.
    Stir well; pour into prepared crust.
    Allow to set several hours.
