Citrus Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg whites, beaten
    1/4 lb. + 2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. + 2 Tbsp. sugar
    6 egg yolks
    12 oz. soft cream cheese
    1 c. ground almonds
    2 tsp. dried lemon balm
    2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    2 tsp. grated orange rind
    2 tsp. calendula petals (ground)
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff in small mixer bowl.
    Cream butter, sugar, yolks and cheese.
    Add herbs, rinds and almonds.
