Sausage Egg - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 leftover sausage cake, chopped
1 egg
1 tsp. water
dash of natural seasoning or onion powder
oil or butter
Preparation
-
Mix egg with sausage meat, water and seasoning.
Pour into skillet with small amount of oil or butter.
Over medium or hot heat, cook as an omelet.
Turn once until edges are brown.
Serve with slices of tomato.
