1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour, divided
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. whipping cream, divided
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Preparation

In a large, resealable plastic bag, combine 1/2 cup flour, salt and pepper. Add chicken and shake to coat.
