Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sirloin, cut in pieces
    3 medium potatoes, cubed
    4 carrots, peeled and sliced
    4 stalks celery, sliced
    1/2 large onion, chopped
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer meat, potatoes and vegetables. Pour soup over all.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours.
