Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

16 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery (optional)
1 tube Ritz crackers
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Cook frozen veggies according to package; drain. Mix veggies, cheese, mayonnaise, onion and celery together in casserole dish. Crush Ritz crackers. Melt margarine. Mix crackers and margarine. Sprinkle on top of vegetable mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until bubbly.
