Smothered Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 green pepper, thinly sliced
    4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Spray skillet with cooking spray. Mix together oregano, salt, garlic powder, pepper and red pepper. Sprinkle on both sides of chicken breasts. Cook in skillet 8 to 10 minutes until no longer pink. Remove from skillet. Keep warm.
