Holiday Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bag white chocolate
    ground peppermint to taste
Preparation
    Melt chocolate in a 2-quart Tupperware bowl (2 minutes on High).
    Add peppermint; stir.
    Spread on wax paper in a thin layer.
    Cool in fridge/freezer.
    Then break into pieces.
