Oyster Stew(Yields 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    1 1/2 c. milk or Lonalac
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Strain oyster liquor into saucepan, heat but do not boil. Heat milk in double boiler; stir in hot oyster liquor.
    Add butter and seasonings and oysters.
    When oysters puff and are crinkled at edge, serve at once.
