Stuffed Mexican Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    2 (12 oz.) cans Mexican corn
    2 (10 oz.) cans chili (no beans)
    2 c. crushed, toasted corn chips
    2 Tbsp. water
    8 hulled out bell peppers
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients together.
    Add chips.
    Mix together well.
    Put mixture in peppers.
    Place in casserole bowl.
    Put water in bowl.
    Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
