Salmon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. onion
    1/4 c. celery
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 (No. 303) cans salmon
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. cheese, shredded
    2 c. rice, cooked
Preparation
    Combine salmon, soup, cheese and rice.
    Saute onions and celery in butter.
    Add celery and onions to salmon mixture.
    Pour in casserole dish.
    Top with cornflake crumbs.
    Bake 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
